About this store

These terms govern purchases from and use of the Trail Crashers online store at TrailCrashers.com, including our UNSPONSORABLE apparel line. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Trail Crashers. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the commerce platform. Trail Crashers handles customer service for your purchases.

Ordering and payment

Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. You must have legal capacity to make the purchase or permission from a parent or guardian who is responsible for it.

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and discounts are shown before payment. Prices may change for future purchases; a change does not retroactively change an order already accepted at its agreed price.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If a stock discrepancy, obvious listing error, suspected unauthorized payment, or inability to fulfill affects an order, we will contact you. We will not substitute a different garment, color, or size or charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will cancel and refund the affected portion of the order, including applicable shipping charges.

Products and sizing

Our apparel is printed to order. Product pages describe the garment, available options, and measurements. Compare the size chart with a garment you own before ordering. Mockups illustrate the design; screen settings and garment construction can cause minor color or placement differences. This does not excuse a defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product.

Shipping, changes, and refunds

Our Shipping policy explains production time, delivery, and shipment delays. Our Return and refund policy explains cancellations, defects, replacements, and refunds. Those policies form part of these purchase terms. Made-to-order production does not remove rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer law.

Use of the website

Do not use the store for unlawful or fraudulent activity, interfere with its operation, or access accounts or systems without permission. Store branding, artwork, photography, and other content belong to their respective owners or licensors. Purchasing an item does not grant a right to reproduce the artwork or branding for commercial use. Nothing here restricts uses permitted by law.

Privacy and outside services

Our Privacy policy describes how personal information is handled. Links to social platforms or other websites lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices. You do not need to join the racing team or a social platform to purchase apparel. Buying apparel does not enroll you in coaching or guarantee team membership or race entry.

Updates and customer rights

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The date above identifies the current version. Changes will not remove rights attached to an existing order. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
